2021 Ellis White Gold Viognier

Fermentation and maturation in French oak have brought an extra layer of complexity to this smart, medium-bodied charmer. It shows plenty of orange blossom, ripe stone fruits, passionfruit, and a hint of nuttiness as it works its way smoothly, and warmly across the palate. I love the warm spice and biscuity aromas, with hints of orange peel and gingernut to close. Delicious.
