Shipping / Delivery

All orders are shipped within 2 business day. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific date.

 The average delivery times for parcels from time of dispatch (orders are dispatched within 2 business day of the order being placed) are below:

  • Sydney / ACT : 2 – 3 days
  • NSW other than Sydney: 2 – 3 days
  • Melbourne: 1 – 2 days
  • VIC other than Melbourne: 1 – 2 days
  • South East QLD: 3 – 4 days
  • QLD other than South East: 3 – 5 days
  • Adelaide: 2 – 3 days
  • SA other than Adelaide: 3 – 4 days
  • Perth: 4 – 6 days
  • WA other than Perth: 5 – 7 days
  • NT: 5 – 7 days
  • Tasmania: 5 – 7 days

Shipping Rates

Using either our trusted Courier or Australia Post we’re shipping orders around Australia each weekday, with every customer able to track their order via the tracking number provided by email.

We offer discounted a flat rate of $15.

We are currently offering Free Delivery to areas within Australia when you spend over $100.

Additional Shipping Information

Please note, we only ship to Tasmania and Mainland Australia. We do not currently ship outside of Australia. International purchasers must list a valid Australian address.

If the order is being sent to a non-residential address, please ensure the business/company name is included in the address details under the text field “company”.

All parcels can be tracked and by default we request they be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. However, we do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc. If you chose to indicate delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated with this.

If the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature a notice will be placed in your post box and the parcel will be available for pick up at the nearest courier outlet.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends.

Orders are dispatched once processed. We are unable to hold orders for delivery on a specific day.

Returns / Refunds

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In the event that there has been an error on our part, meaning that the products delivered are defective or items received are not what you have ordered, the product may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full store credit voucher refund for use in future purchases. Please note that only products in their original condition and packaging may be valid for a return and refund.

For a change of mind or mistakenly ordering the wrong products we do NOT allow refunds or exchange.

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding any products, please do not hesitate to contact our sales staff via email or phone (which can be found on the contacts page) prior to placing your order.

We may cancel your order before delivery in whole or in part. We may do this even if we have received payment from you or sent you a tax invoice. The circumstances in which we may cancel your order are if:

  • The requested products in that order are not available;
  • We are unable to process your payment;
  • There was any error in the description of any ordered products or their price as advertised by us;

In the event that your order is canceled, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you of the cancellation.

Please ensure the following information is included so your return can be processed:

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning and a reason for the return

Please note: Alcohol deliveries cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18 years
