Sourced from the cooler climate granite soils area of Tooborac in Heathcote. Grown by Merindoc Vintners with plantings from 1972. Machine picked and pressed directly to stainless, wild fermented, and then bottled in true méthode ancestral style for natural carbonation. Nothing was added & nothing was taken away.
